Transfer Your Dragon Nest Vietnam Account Now!

Dragon Nest Vietnam will now be fully operational under the wings of Cherry Credits, in lieu of a partnership termination with VGG. In order to provide a smooth game service takeover, there will be a temporary closure of the Dragon Nest Vietnam server from 27 Feb 2017. 

All Dragon Nest Vietnam players are strongly advised to transfer their existing VGG account to a Cherry Credits account. This will enable you to set up an official Cherry ID for your Dragon Nest game account that was created using your VGG ID. Upon successful account transfer, you will be able to log in to the game with both your Cherry ID and VGG ID before the temporary server closure commences. 

Completing the account transfer will allow you to use your Cherry account to login to Dragon Nest Vietnam when the game service relaunches. Your Cherry account will also serve to recognize your efforts as a Beta* player which qualifies you for a great Welcome Home reward package when the game is re-opened again! 

Note: You will only be able to login with your Cherry ID after the game service is reopened. 

**Please transfer your account by 27 Feb 2017, 2359HRS GMT +7 to be recognised as a Dragon Nest Vietnam Beta player. 

How To Transfer Your VGG Account To Cherry Credits

Step 1: Login at Cherry Exchange and click “Login with VGG” 

Step 2: You will have to complete your account information if it’s your first time logging into Cherry exchange with your VGG ID.

Step 3: After completing your account information, select “Manage Account” on the top right corner of the page.

Step 4: Go under Email and select “Change”. You will need to enter a valid email address in order to receive Verification messages.  

Step 5: Enter a valid email and select “Submit”

Step 6: After completing step 5, a verification message will be sent to your email. Please check your inbox and click on the confirmation link to complete the verification.

Step 7: Your email address has been verified! 

Step 8: You will now need to set a new password for your Cherry Credits account. Please log out of your Cherry Credits account. Click on “Forget Password” (found below the login field)

Step 9: Enter the email you used for your Cherry Account. A password reset acknowledgement will be sent to the registered email provided. Please follow the instructions to reset your password. 

Step 10: Login to your Cherry Account with the new password and change your password immediately. You have now successfully completed the Account Transfer.
