Terms and Conditions

• The Promotion will start on 29 April 0000HRS to 30 April 2359HRS.

• Purchases will be counted on character basis but will be credited on account basis.

• A maximum of 5 item purchases will be rebated.

• When purchased as a gift, the player who receives the rebate will be the buyer (the one who purchase the cash item.)

• Rebates will be directly credited to your DNP amount.

• Purchases made using DN points (DNP) are NOT eligible for this event.

• Purchases on the Altea's Gacha Boxes will NOT be considered for this promotion.

• Rewards will be given based on the account used to participate in the event.

• Rebates will be credited to all eligible accounts on 02 May before 2359HRS.

• Rewards that are not collected and have expired will not be reimbursed.

• All timings stated are in the GMT+8 time zone.

• Any character that has been banned due to infringement of game abuse policies during the event or reward period will not be compensated

• Any disputes will not be entertained 1 month after the date of accreditation of event rewards.
