Regarding Bot / illegal program issue


Dear, Adventurers, this is Eyedentity Games.


As you all aware, currently there are some bot (Gold auto farmer) man caves in SEA server.

To build a clean atmosphere on DN SEA, we’ve investigated auto bot accounts and found that there are some huge illegal workers in the server. Therefore, we’ve decided to block accounts and IPs where the bots come from.

We will continue the investigation on roots of bots and try our best to give you more comfortable gaming experience.

Furthermore, during maintenance, we will massively ban detected bot accounts. If you get banned after the patch, without any reason, please contact us via 1:1 inquiry on our official web page (BUT, we will try our best to filter innocent accounts first hand). [DN SEA]
