Notice for Recent Vena Plaga Issue with Apology Dragon Nest SEA

Dear. Adventurers,


We would like to inform all heroes of the recent issue of Vena Plaga class.
Please pay attention to this notice and refer to your game using.


First of all, there was an issue that Vena Plaga users couldn’t receive Calypse Tier2+10 item from Equipment for Newbies Box.


The issue is currently resolved with 12th November maintenance and now all Vena Plaga class can acquire Calypse Tier item from the box.


For those who didn’t receive the items, Equipment for Newbies Box will be delivered at 19:00PM (GMT+8) on 12th November.
Please make sure to receive the item before 19th November 19:00 PM (GMT+8).
Additionally, we notice you that if you have not received it within the period or have been deleted, it will not be restored with any reasons.


Second, we have confirmed an issue in which Vena Plaga [Injury Combo] skill is not applied ordinarily. This will be resolved during December Update Patch. 


We apologize for the inconvenience that this issue may have caused.
