Terms of Sales and EYEC Policy Change Notice Dragon Nest NA

From May 7, 2020 (Thursday), we would like to inform regarding some provisions of ‘Terms of Sales’ and purchase conditions related to EYEC (Eye Credit) will be changed.

The details of the terms and conditions will be updated on Thursday, May 7th, 2020,

We kindly ask your cooperation regarding this change and please refer to your gameplay.

 

 

 

 

[Summary of Changes]

a. Gacha Purchase

- Current: EYEC of level 32 or higher can be purchased additionally.

- Change: All Random-rated items cannot be purchased with EYEC.

  >Probabilistic item types, including Potential Gacha-Box, Hero and Conversion Egg,Box, and Magical Conversion Key, Mysterious Mount Box and VIP accessory box, are not available for purchase with EYEC.

 

 

 

b. Unable to purchase all new items added after the May 7, 2020 update will be added to Terms of Sales.

 

 

 

c. Changing the charging means in Terms of Sales.

1) EYET: Sub divided point of EYE Cash which can be refilled and supported by PayPal and Xsolla, including Prepaid Cards, Debt Cards and etc.

2) EYEC: Sub divided point of EYE Cash which can be refilled and supported by Steam, including credit card, mobile cash charge platform and etc.

 

 

 

d. Rechargeable limit Change in Terms of Sales.

- The EYEC chargeable limit will be changed as shown below.

Class C: $50 -> $10

Class B: $70 -> $15

Grade A: $100 -> $20

Class S: $200 -> $40

SS rating: $500 -> $100
