[Resolved] Confirmed Missing Delivery Issue of Harvest the Weekly Mission and Reward Dragon Nest NA

Special Storage Delivery has been completed on December 8th for those who did not receive the Twilight Box Reward for the below event. 

 

(※ Those who have not completed the Hermalte Port Stage and Nest more than 10 times which are the revised event conditions in Round 2, are excluded from event reward qualification automatically as announced.*Notice*

 

 

 

In addition, if you have not received the reward for the event still, please submit a 1:1 inquiry by December 18th at 23:59 PM (PST) along with your IGN which participated in the event, and the date of participation for further logs investigation. We hope that you adhere to the deadline.

From what has been confirmed so far, unlike the 1st delivery case, suspicious points that appear to require additional confirmation during the 2nd extraction process have been identified, and our team is currently conducting an investigation under the assumption that this is the cause.
