[Resolved] Reward Mis-delivery issue of the event I am the Best Event Dragon Nest SEA
Dear Adventurers,
We are happy to inform all players that the below issue has been successfully resolved as of 19:20 (GMT+8).
For those who did not receive the event rewards even though you are eligible for the event, please check your Special Storage and make sure to claim them before 22nd June 23:59 (GMT+8). Unclaimed rewards won't be made re-delivery for any case. Same likely, our team thoroughly complete the recall of misdelivered rewards.
However, for players who have not fully recalled by using the wrongly received rewards, the amount may be adjusted randomly at any time by applying the method of sequentially deducting their debts from today.
In addition, players who previously have received the wrong number of floors now can check the corrected floor title on the character's Title Page.
To put rapid and good ticket operation, tickets regarding this event delivery issue only will be accepted before 18th June 23:59 (GMT+8) so please follow this deadline. Our team is always pleased to provide help and will do our best to prevent this type of issue in the future.
