Unexpected High Purity Verdure Package Sale Issue with Discount Dragon Nest SEA

We'd like to inform the newly confirmed issue in which items containing High Purity Verdure Core are being sold in the Cash Shop after the July update patch at a discounted price, unlike the underlying purpose. (7/6~13)

 

 

Our team immediately turned off the item with the issue in the Cash Shop during 13th July Scheduled Maintenance. More, through further investigation, we also have completed giving difference back in DNP to the 5 buyers who could not purchase the same item with the discounted price during the period above.  (※Please use the provided DNP before uploading a separate initialization notice.)

　

　

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the lack of accurate information and service in time for all adventurers.

In addition, our team plans to bring back the High Purity Verdure Package at a discounted price at an early date so that all adventurers can enjoy the same promotional benefits.
