During the Scheduled Maintenance on August 17th, the fix application has been completed. Our team will continue to track the issue until it is recognized as fully resolved.

We apologize for the inconvenience once again.

 

 

Our team has delivered 2 FTG Recovery Potions (7-days durational) to all SEA accounts through Special Storage with a heart of apology. 

Please make sure to claim them by midnight on the 20th of August (GMT+8) with level 95 characters. 

 

 

※Only accounts created before starting this distribution are eligible for receiving the box and make sure to claim until 20th August 23:59 (GMT+8).

With this update, we also would like to share a brief finding summary of yesterday.

 

 

After the server issue was confirmed yesterday, the urgent investigation was conducted promptly, and as a result, a certain point suspected of being the main cause has been found, and developing a fix is now in progress.

However, the verification task of new patch is requested inevitably, so the fix delivery will be carried out after the verification task is thoroughly completed.

Our current plan at this time aims for August 17th during Scheduled Maintenance.

 

 

 

Once again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced, and we will do our best to fix it as soon as possible.
