During the Scheduled Maintenance on August 17th, the fix application has been completed. Our team will continue to track the issue until it is recognized as fully resolved.

Our team has delivered 2 FTG Recovery Potions (7-days durational) to all SEA accounts through Special Storage with a heart of apology.
Please make sure to claim them by midnight on the 20th of August (GMT+8) with level 95 characters.

With this update, we also would like to share a brief finding summary of yesterday.
After the server issue was confirmed yesterday, the urgent investigation was conducted promptly, and as a result, a certain point suspected of being the main cause has been found, and developing a fix is now in progress.
However, the verification task of new patch is requested inevitably, so the fix delivery will be carried out after the verification task is thoroughly completed.
Our current plan at this time aims for August 17th during Scheduled Maintenance.
