Launcher Patch Error Solution Dragon Nest SEA

Dear Heroes,
We found the OS has UAC (User Account Control) issues on Dragon Nest launcher.

If an error message popped up in the middle of launcher patch as the example photo, please follow the instructions as below.


 
1. Find your Dragon Nest Shortcut from your desktop.

2. Right-Click>Go to Properties>Compatibility Tab

3. Click "Run as Administrator" 
 

We will fix this issue as possible as we could, until then please forgive us to cause you all such inconvenience.

      Game service has resumed at 02:25 (PDT) / 05:25 (EDT). Happy Nesting!               Dear Heroes,     There will be a  Game Patch on 16th March 2022  starting from  23:00HRS (PDT) / 01:00HRS (EDT).  During the maintenance, Heroes will not able to connect to the game and including Steam users and are expected to be resumed by   04:00HRS (PDT) / 07:00HRS (EDT).           [Friendly Reminder]   1.
