Compensation regarding mass ban issue Dragon Nest NA

Dear Heroes,


As you all know, there has been a mass ban of gold abusing accounts starting from December 15th.

During this process, some innocent heroes were affected and were banned without any gold abuse or illegal tool use.
We deeply apologize for this inconvenience.

We are currently unbanning innocent heroes who send tickets regarding the ban issue, one by one, every day.
But this process is time consuming since we have to check each heroes’ play log in order to make sure he/she is not a gold abusing user.

If any of our heroes, who is facing the ban issue, are sure that he/she did not use any illegal tool nor participate in any gold abusing activity,
please send us a ticket so that we can review his/her account/character to double check their play log and unban their accounts.

One of the route that gold abusing users use is that they send and receive in-game mails with massive amount of gold attached.
These users are considered as gold abusing users and they will not be qualified for the unbanning, so please be aware.

Once the unbanning issue is resolved, we will prepare a compensation regarding this issue.

Once again, we deeply apologize for this inconvenience caused and we kindly ask for your patience regarding the compensation.
