First, we give our deepest apology for your inconvenience while playing Dragon Nest.

We need to announce that spinoff characters creation window are now available for a week a day because of some technicial issues
during Ray Mechanic awakening scenario revamp process.

Therefore, the spinoff character creation function will be opened again after the scheduled maintenance on Aug 23rd.
additional maintenance on Aug 17th.

We apologize once again for your any inconvenience.
