Regarding Bingo Event Error and Compensation Dragon Nest NA

Dear Heroes,

We'd like to apologize for your inconvenience caused during playing Bingo event which started on October 25th.

I found that some affected players now cannot play Bingo event because of several technical issues.

Therefore, we decided to give out all item rewards for the event to all Heroes in the Rajuul server, as compensation for service inconvenience.

For details of the compensation, please refer to the table below.
