Web Bingo Event Reward Option Change Issue With Apology Dragon Nest NA

Dear. Heroes,


There was an issue in which [Lapis]/ [Hope Flower]/[Adventure Key]/[Hero Level EXP Potion],
which were rewarded at this time Web Bingo Event, could be traded differently than the original event purpose.


We sincerely apologize for any confusion with heroes as rewards were sent out against our event plan.


Dragon Nest development team didn't plan these items to be used in the server as a trade,
therefore, we want to modify the option during the next scheduled maintenance.

Date:

23rd October Scheduled Maintenance


Contents to be modified:

[Lapis]/ [Hope Flower]/[Adventure Key]/[Hero Level EXP Potion] came from Web Bingo Event
will be changed as unavailable trade option.


1:1 exchange method will be carried out to make the above items that exist in the inventory.
Item status change: Can sell→ Cannot sell )



We strongly recommended that the above items that need to be exchanged must be kept in the [Character Inventory].
In other words, we will change only the above tradable items saved in [Character Inventory]
to [Not exchangeable/tradable] option.


All items saved as follows will be deleted from the server completely and will not be exchanged or compensated.


[Storage path not exchangeable / compensated]

a. Unreceived [Lapis]/ [Hope Flower]/[Adventure Key]/[Hero Level EXP Potion] in Special Storage
b. Unreceived [Lapis]/ [Hope Flower]/[Adventure Key]/[Hero Level EXP Potion] in Mail Box
c. Registered [Lapis]/ [Hope Flower]/[Adventure Key]/[Hero Level EXP Potion] on Trading House
d. Saved [Lapis]/ [Hope Flower]/[Adventure Key]/[Hero Level EXP Potion] in all type of storages such as personal/Guild


Please move all of these items that exist in the above-mentioned location to the character inventory before 23rd October scheduled maintenance.


※ Precautions

1. After completing maintenance, you won’t be asked to move these items to other characters. Therefore, please consider the moving location very carefully and decide the character you want to hold.

2. Please note that items deleted from the server will not be compensated because you were not moved to the inventory until maintenance.
