[Updated] Apology for Unusual Lapis item issue from

Dear Heroes,


We have confirmed that the unusual Lapis has not deleted in the NA server completely with 29th December Maintenance.


We sincerely apologize for the failure to carry out the plan and inform all heroes this delete plan will be implemented on the 8th January Update Patch.


As we already mentioned of previous notice, all users can delete the Lapis for oneself from their inventory if you still have them at inventory. 


We apologize for all the inconvenience this has caused and seek your kind understanding.


Dear Heroes,


Lapis came from <EVENT: Surprised Christmas Attendance Reward> should be available for using normally but we have confirmed that the Lapis is unavailable for usage.


We would like to inform all users that the Lapis will be deleted on 29th December Maintenance.


We strongly recommend that the above item that needs to be deleted must be kept in the [Character Inventory].

Please move the Lapis from the below locations before starting maintenance.


[Storage path not exchangeable / deletable ]

a. Unclaimed Lapis in Special Storage
b. Registered Lapis on Trading House
c. Saved Lapis in all type of storages such as personal/Guild


We also recommend that all users delete them from your inventory for oneself and all the items saved will be deleted from the server completely through the maintenance.


In addition, new 10 Lapis that intended sending out originally will provide at 22:30 PM 26th December. (PST)



Most of all, we apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.
