Your First Top-Up promotion reward was sent yesterday, but we have confirmed that there is a wrong delivery issue for sending 2 tier (over 30,000 EYE) winners.

 

 

 


As soon as we recognize that the problem has been identified, we have temporarily suspended the tier delivery of the reward and are taking action to resolve the issue.

 

 

 


We are currently working to return and re-delivery the original reward and will share the progress through the update of the notice.
