Confirmed Unstable Network Issue on 21st June Dragon Nest NA

Our team confirmed that the unstable network caused an abnormal game termination around 22:46 PM (PDT) 21st June and we sincerely apologize for this issue.
Currently, our team is checking the specific reason and we will share the reason when it reveals clearly.

-The item will be delivered on an account basis and above 45 characters can receive them.
-Only characters from created prior to this distribution can receive the above compensation.
-Unclaimed/Expired/Deleted items can't be reimbursed for any reason.
Moreover, for inquiries about item loss and non-receivable items caused by this disconnection issue from 22:46 to 22:47 on the 21st of June, please submit a 1:1 inquiry with a screenshot or video attached until 23rd June 23:59 PM (PDT).
