Confirmed Unstable Network Issue on 21st June Dragon Nest NA

Our team confirmed that the unstable network caused an abnormal game termination around 22:46 PM (PDT) 21st June and we sincerely apologize for this issue.

 

 



Currently, our team is checking the specific reason and we will share the reason when it reveals clearly.

 

 

 

We'd like to deliver some compensated items as below for heroes who may have experienced this inconvenience.

-The item will be delivered on 22nd June at 1:30 AM (PDT) and can be collectible until 29th June 23:59 PM (PDT).

-The item will be delivered on an account basis and above 45 characters can receive them.

-Only characters from created prior to this distribution can receive the above compensation.

-Unclaimed/Expired/Deleted items can't be reimbursed for any reason.

 

 

 

 

Moreover, for inquiries about item loss and non-receivable items caused by this disconnection issue from 22:46 to 22:47 on the 21st of June, please submit a 1:1 inquiry with a screenshot or video attached until 23rd June 23:59 PM (PDT). Our team will review and offer compensation after checking the in-game log.
