Mis-Delivery Notification on Gosuk Grubby Key Promotion Event. Dragon Nest SEA

 Dear Adventurers,

 

 

 

We would like to aplogize for our mistake on distribution of wrong Tier 2 rewards for the Gosuk Grubby Key Promotion Event. 

 

The designated reward was Engraving Scroll Collection which contains only weapons. But mistakenly, Engraving Scroll Collection of both weapons and armors were distributed to the Tier 2 winners. 

Please make sure to claim the rewards by 23:59 (GMT+8) 25th May.

 

 

We will deliver appropriate Engraving Scroll Collection for weapons to the Tier 2 winners.

 

And we will deliver rest of the Tier 1 only winners the Engraving Scroll Collection of both weapons and armors as one-time courtesy so that every winners can receive the Engraving Scroll Colletion of both weapons and armors.

 

Additionally, we will distribute FTG Potion 1500 (7 Days) 1 ea as a mean of our apology to all SEA Adventurers, created before start delivery. 

Please note that characters of level 80 or above can receive the potion and make sure to claim it before 23:59 PM (GMT+8) 21st May.

 

 

 

We will do our best to prevent the same mistake in the future.

 

Once again, our team is terribly sorry for the inconvenience cause by our mistake.
