Dear Heroes,

 

Based on the 1:1 inquiry ticket that the Level 6 of the mission box reported by certain guilds and players was impossible to clear and open, the 1st test had made last week. As a result, we couldn't find any issues, but we identified suspicious points that were presumed to cause errors in the 2nd test conducted today.

 

Our team is currently tracking the exact cause and solution and most of all we're very sorry for the continuous issue relay of the event. 

 

We will update this notice as soon as the resolution way be ready.

Our team re-delivered successfully the March mission box (Lv.5) to Special storage of those who had the issue during 17th March Scheduled Maintenance. We strongly recommend you to receive until before 7th April 23:59 PM (PST).
