Notice for Behold the Veteran Newbie event Dragon Nest SEA

 

 

 

Dear Adventurers, this is Dragon Nest Service Team.

 

As you may know, there is an ongoing <Behold the Veteran Newbie> event to assist the successful settlement of the Adventurers from the Dragon Nest Thailand.

And there are some rumors which spread anxiety and confusion about the Coupons that are used for this event. We would like to give you which is true and which is false.

First, we would like to talk about the rumor: “The account which used the Thailand Event Coupon will be banned permanently.”

This is NOT true. The coupon can be used freely to any SEA accounts created from any date.

The use of the event coupon does not break the Terms of Use or Operation Policy. Therefore, you may use the Thailand Event Coupon to your account regardless of the creation date of the account.

 

 

Second, you may hand over the Thailand Event Coupon and it is not against the Terms of Use or Operation Policy, as long as you are righteous owner of the Thailand Event Coupon.

We do not regulate the transmission of the Thailand Event Coupon from the righteous owner to another person in goodwill. However, the Customer Center and GMs cannot provide any help to any transmission that could result in secondary damage and loss such as Black Market Trade or Transfer in Return.

 

 

Please be advised of the above information and avoid any unfortunate damage from false information.
