Dear Heroes,

 

 

Throughout the below investigation, most of the wrongly delivered [Knight of Knights] event rewards have been recalled. For rewards that have not been recalled yet or already used rewards until now, there will be further operation actions taken shortly.

 

With this notice update, we earnestly ask for your cooperation from the players who have used or possessed the wrongly delivered rewards. From the date of April 1, 2022 (PDT), until this notice is closed, we recommend that those involved in this issue refrain from using and transferring the wrongly delivered items.

 

In the case of players who have violated this request and concealed, deleted, or used it, we inform you that additional operational actions such as temporary service restrictions may be applied by interpreting the actions to interfere with the good service operation.

 

 

We apologize for the inconvenience to the legitimate clearing 15F STG winners. For the legitimate winners, closer data verification has been completed to confirm, and in turn, additional compensation will be delivered via Special Storage as follows.
