Notice on Altea Gacha Box and Abyss Weapon Exchange Coupon Error Dragon Nest SEA

Dear Players,

The Developers have pinpointed the bug that caused the “Insufficient Inventory” error when opening the Altea Gacha Box. The following are a few things to note regarding their rectification: 

1. Players who receive the error does not cause their Altea Gacha Boxes to be consumed.

2. Players that have obtained more than 1x Abyss Weapon Exchange Coupon due to this error will have that and all the duplicated coupons removed. x1 Abyss Weapon Exchange Coupon will instead be re-credited back to them via in-game mail, so remember to retrieve it before 29 June 2017 2359HRS (GMT+8).

3. Any Abyss Weapons that have been exchanged using Abyss Weapon Exchange Coupons that were obtained due to this error will be retrieved. x1 Abyss Weapon Exchange Coupon will instead be re-credited back to them via in-game mail, so remember to retrieve it before 29 June 2017 2359HRS (GMT+8).
