There have been a lot of scamming issues reported recently. 



In order to avoid getting scammed, please remember the followings: 







1) EYEDENTITY GAMES DOES NOT EVER ask for personal information including email information without making any official notices on our official website. 



2) EYEDENTITY GAMES DOES NOT EVER sell items through personal trade. 



3) EYEDENTITY GAMES DOES NOT EVER trade GOLD with players. 



4) EYEDENTITY GAMES DOES NOT send out emails to personal accounts without making any official notices on our official website. Please becareful with those emails that represent themselves to be the official EYEDENTITY GAMES email addresses especially when they contain unconfirmed links within the email. 



5) Our official PMs and GMs have "[PM]" "[GM]" letters in their IGNs. For example: [PM]Tasha ,  [GM]Nest , etc. 

Without the scquare bracket, no IGNs can be a real GM's or a real PM's. 





Please DO NOT share your account information with anyone, not even with your friends. 



DO NOT leave your account logged in while you are away from your PC at a cyber cafe. 



DO NOT send your personal information to anyone through ingame chats or through email. 



DO NOT trade GOLD with real money. 



Please REPORT SCAMMERS if you know of any.







We will try our best to secure our user data, but please be noted that it is also your responsiblity to secure your own personal information. 



We DO NOT compenasate for any hacked issues that were caused by neglecting the importance of securing personal information by the user.
