Regarding 'Missing Awakened Machina costume' issue Dragon Nest NA

We would like to express apology for any inconvenience that has been caused by missing Awakened Machina Costume coupon. The other awakened classes' costumes should not be dropped except Machina Class. We would like to acknowledge the problem and the issue is under process to be clarified and fixed. The problem will be solved and updated as soon as possible and further notification with urgent maintenance.

The missing Awakened Machina costume coupon will be provided who have completed the quest with compensations during the urgent maintenance. The details of compensation and maintenance details will be updated on the separate notice. We are truly sorry with regards to any inconvenience has been caused.
