We sincerely apologize to all heroes for the recent black screen and long loading phenomenon that continues from December to New Year 2021. Although it's late, we'd like to respond to the voices and inquiries sent by players through this notice.

 

 

 

Our team is investigating various factors that are suspected to be the cause of the issue from the point of occurrence to the present, and we have not stopped preparing countermeasures accordingly.

 


 

However, even though we are constantly responding, we are very sorry to all of you that we have not closed the issue to date.

 

 

 

We sympathize with the fact that you are not enjoying a pleasant playtime, and as a sign of apology, we have distributed 2 FTG 1500 Recovery Potion and 5 Special Pandora Box (7 days, non-tradable) to all SEA accounts from today.
