The below item has been delivered additionally on account basis to the certain account who were playing after finish Scheduled Maintenance before starting Urgent Maintenance. All relevant players can receive them through special storage. The item can be collectible until 2nd April 23:59PM.
The below item which has been delivered was incorrectly sent, we have decided to send all accounts as a one time-courtesy. The item can be collectible until 1st April 23:59PM (GMT+8).
The new compensation has been sent to Special Storage with [Revised Urgent Maintenance Compensation (2)] event title.

With the exception of some cases that require further investigation, most Cash item recovery that purchased between after Scheduled Maintenance Before Urgent Maintenance has completed data verification and been sent to Special Storage.
Please make sure to claim all recovered items before 9th April 14:00 (GMT+8). Unclaimed/Deleted/Expired item won't be reimbursed for any reason.
