After the update, our team has identified the issue that the Extra Personal Farm Slot Permit item sold at the Cash Shop is being sold for 30 days instead of 90 days. As per the patch note, the 90-day duration is normal.
 

 



Accordingly, we suspended the sale of Extra Personal Farm Slot Permit and Master of Farming Package items at 05:50PM (GMT+8) on May 13.
 



For those who purchased from after finish May 12th update patch to 13th 05:50PM (GMT+8), we will exchange the items changed to 90 days Duration among the update patch on June 2nd through a special storage box. It can be collectible until June 16th 23:59PM (GMT+8), two weeks later.

 


We have already figured out the cause of the issue, and our team is currently working on it for resolution.

 

 

Most of all, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding.
