Known Issue Notice after the April 2022 Update Patch Dragon Nest SEA
Dear Adventurers,
We would like to inform you that the following issue has come to our attention:
1. Issues where certain players cannot receive the 'Weekly Torch Mission Box (Lv.1)' immediately from Special Storage after the patch is completed.
We are now trying to figure out the clear cause, and we have reset the shipping system and resend the box as urgent action.
If you have already received your 1st box, please do not acquire or clear the additional mission box and store it in your Storage.
We plan to investigate the cause and compare the data as soon as possible, and if you ignore this statement and confirm the history of clearing and completing the box, all rewards obtained will be recovered and subject to a maximum of 45 days of game service restriction through GM's discretion.
