We are sorry about Grubby Key Information misinformation in September Patchnote.
We decide to return EYE-CASH only the amount of Grubby keys that purchased after patch maintenance and ‘left unused’ before 00:27 (PDT) 6th September 2019, to players who requested their refund.

Players who want to request a refund regarding ‘unused’ Grubby Key,
please send 1:1 enquiry to us before 23:59 8th September 2019 (PDT).
We will not proceed refund on 1:1 enquires which are sent after 23:59 8th September 2019 (PDT).
