The recent discovery of abnormal users that disrupt the order of the game has been under investigation and treatment since today.
If you receive a case from an abnormal user or have obtained gold during the investigation, your account may be temporarily restricted.

We will finalize an investigation as soon as possible so that users who have no problems can use the game as normal. 

Again, we apologize to those who have experienced inconvenience due to the sudden account ban issue and ask for cooperation in making a healthy game economy.

 We also advise you that we are not receiving this inquiry with 1:1 questions regarding this issue, and ask to refrain from sending any 1:1 related.
