Sunset Cloister Drop Rate Issue Apology Dragon Nest NA

Dear. Heroes,

We realized that Sunset Cloister Drop Rate that we wanted to adjust to ‘doubled’ through July 11th update patch was not applied normally in certain circumstances.

This issue will be fixed by the September 4th update to an additional drop rate increase.
Compensation has been made for those who have suffered unintentional damage.

Period: After July 11th Update to until September 2nd 23:59 (PDT)
Specification: [Sunset Cloister Map] has reimbursed 50% of the number of maps used for entering Sunset Cloister dungeon during the above period.

(The decimal points are rounded up.)


All users are allowed to receive compensation via mail.


We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We will do our best to provide more satisfactory service.
