As we informed about the restoration of the destroyed [Skila Equipment], the destroyed items have been sent out to those related characters through Special Storage today. If you are a recipient, you will be able to receive the items after the scheduled maintenance on 23rd Jul, 2019.
Please be aware that the restoration was done to heroes whose Skila weapon was destroyed, who have sent 1:1 inquire to us before the start of the scheduled maintenance were only sent out.

There have been reports that a few players’ [Skila Equipment] has been destroyed during enhancement, which should not have happened according to the July patch note.
However, we are afraid to announce that it was the patch note that was containing the wrong information about the enhancement system of [Skila Equipment].
We are sorry for the confusion due to the misguided information.
We have revised the July patch note, which was containing the wrong [Skila Equipment] information, as following (revised on 17th Jul, 2019, 16:40 GMT+8):
2-9. Skila Equipment Changes
(BEFORE) - [Enhance value reductions] no longer occur as a result of failed attempts to enhance Skila Equipment from +1 to +9.
(AFTER) - [Enhance value reductions] no longer occur as a result of failed attempts to enhance Skila Equipment from +1 to +9 as long as the required jelly is used.
Please send us 1:1 inquiry if your Skila gear was destroyed before the scheduled maintenance on 23rd July.
The compensation (Broken Skila gear and spent items to enhance) will be made on 23rd Jul, 2019, during the scheduled maintenance to those reported accounts via 1:1 inquiry.
