  Dear Heroes,     Last October 15th, 2020 (Thu),  our team fixed a newly discovered urgent stage bug, abnormal resting place, and invaders' appearance issues.   ▶Link:   https://us.dragonnest.com/news/notice/all/706   Afterwards, a  close investigation was conducted to identify accounts that deliberately exploited the bug and gain a large scale of advantage.   A  total of 11 accounts were found  to be involved consequently.     The accounts involved should have been subject to permanent account sanctions under  the operation policy, but after thorough discussions the operation team decided to implement a one-time, exceptional consideration.     In conclusion,  account sanctions for at least 14 days and up to 30 days were imposed  on the accounts which abused the discovered issue, starting on October 25th (Sun).       We'd like to inform all of you that we'll continue to apply stringent countermeasures to abnormal play or bug exploitation cases to keep a healthy game enviro
