Apology Notice for Frequent Disconnection Issue In Recent Days Dragon Nest NA

 Dear heroes,

 

 

We sincerely apologize to those who are having difficulties playing the game due to the frequent disconnection issues recently.

 

 

The current disconnection issue that certain players are experiencing in [Town / Dungeon Entry] or [Raid Play Midway] (Client Crash) may be due to a number of various factors such as the environment of the personal PC used by players and the network status.

 

 

Apart from the causes above, our team confirmed the new cause. As a result of a closer investigation, we confirmed an issue wherein the game exceeded the available memory used by 32-bit programs.

 

 

Over the decade, Dragon Nest has been developing a lot of content and features, resulting in accumulated code and resources. 
As the aforementioned factors have been identified as the root cause, our development team is currently underway to optimize the client.

 

 

Although it is difficult to give an ETA for completing the optimization process, we will be back with a more stable update.
