We have confirmed that there was an issue in the compilation of the event reward data during 24th November Scheduled Maintenance, and we immediately paused the distribution of the event reward after issue confirmed.

 

 

 

 

Our team is currently tracking the cause of the above issue and will update the news through this notice as soon as the issue is resolved clearly.

 

 

 

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue, and we will do our best to completely resolve the issue as soon as possible.
