We have confirmed the issue where items are not acquired when purchasing <Costume Synthesis Package> that can be purchased at the cash shop by Vandar Class.

 

 

Our team strongly recommends that you do not purchase the package by Vandar class, and we recommend that those who have purchased the package since the time this notice has uploaded should not be able to apply any operational resolution such as refund. (22nd September, 2020 01:48 PDT)

 

 

So far, the confirmed 5 players who have purchased the package before uploading this notice with the Vandar character will be received EYET refund during September 24th Scheduled Maintenance.
