Apology Notice for Wrong Delivery Issue of Vandar Package Coupon Dragon Nest NA

There was a wrong delivery issue where the discount coupon for the Vandar Launch Celebratory Package was sent to all players after finish September Update Patch.

 

 

The coupon was intended to receive only Vandar, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience to many players.

 

 

For those who have received the coupon via the wrong delivery case, our team has completed the 1st recall process at 9:00 AM (PDT)  from their cash inventory. The remaining issues and cases that need to be resolved will be provided with the best support by our end to resolve before the weekend.

 


If you have already received the coupon and completed the purchase in the past, but if you find another discount coupon in your special storage box, we strongly recommend that you not claim it.

 

If used, please note that refunds are not possible in any case, and operational sanctions such as 2-3 days of account suspension for investigation may apply.
