Our team identified the fact that some players who were unable to log in due to Duplicated Login issues on August 31.

 


We have sent compensation items to a total of 9 users who have been confirmed to have experienced this issue through further investigation. For targeted players, please make sure to claim them until 11th September 23:59 (PDT).

 

 

 

Now, the issue perfectly has resolved through the 2nd September scheduled maintenance.
